The staff was very friendly and excellent - I would return there. Rooms were air-conditioned and spotless, everything was perfect. Quiet location to train station for me made it easy to get to key attractions😃👌😀

My room was perfect and spacious, with a nice bathroom, air conditioning, and views of the mountains. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant. - the location was wonderful and marvelous, relatively near Eremo di Calomini.

The location was peaceful and favourable, for example, Eremo di Calomini was not too far from the hotel. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were helpful. Having a safe box, TV, and a writing table in my air conditioned and impeccably clean room was really GREAT.

The staff at the hotel was outstandingly accommodating. the hotel had a wonderful location in the center of Gallicano. - the property was very close to shops, tourist spots in Garfagnana, and the train station. - Castello was just a 4-6 minute walk from the hotel.

The vibe here is amazing and chill, with cool walking trails and shops nearby. 😊 Plus, all the staff are super kind and friendly, making for a really pleasant stay.

The Hidden Gem: During my stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the "classic-style rooms" at this charming establishment. The moment I walked in, I felt like I was stepping into a time capsule, with the tiled floors and traditional decor transporting me to a bygone era. It was like having my very own room in a historic museum!

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a real treat. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of options. the location was perfect, close to all of the attractions but still quiet at night.

the only thing that could have been improved was the Wi-Fi connection, which was a bit slow.
